In the modern working world, organizations are based on hierarchical structures that are rigid and limit possibilities. Leverage U offers a new context of organizational development — one based on mirroring living organisms. The focus is no longer on static structures, but on dynamic configuration that evolves and adapts depending on what is needed and wanted from the local and global ecosystem. We consider such things as how can this organism serves best its regional communities and the global need for regeneration, as well as the well-being of the people work in the organism and their families.
During the training, you will learn how to shift your organization into an organism: a framework that encourages innovation, collaboration and group intelligence for a shared purpose. You will learn how to transform traditional leadership into spaceholding – holding space circular structures. In contrast to traditional leadership, spaceholding supports the emergence of creative solutions and promotes self-organization and resilience within your team.

Training, room and board takes place at the Academy for Community Building, on the shores of Lake Constance.

Anne-Chloé Destremau
Anne-Chloé Destremau. Double Bachelor in Private Law and Economics from La Sorbonne University in Paris, plus a Masters in International Arbitation and Litigation from La Sorbonne in collaboration with Columbia University in the City of New York.
After graduating, she initially worked as a lawyer in Paris. However, quickly realizing that this career path will not fulfill her, Anne-Chloé embarks on a two-year journey of self-discovery around the world. This experience led to a profound personal transformation.
Today, Anne-Chloé works in various fields:
Possibility Management -- For the past 7 years, as a Possibility Management Trainer - an international personal, relational and cultural development organization - Anne-Chloé has delivered more than 100 online and offline trainings around the world including 5-day Expand The Box training and Possibility Labs.
The New Earth School -- As an expert of the New Earth School, she teaches concepts for a new culture and personal transformation.
Women of Earth Movement co-originator -- A women's movement carrying seeds of regenerative cultures. Women building gaian gameworlds.
StartOver.xzy MMOG co-originator -- A massively multiplayer online game, StartOver.xyz features more than 600 websites connected with each other full of distinctions, clarity, experiments, learning steps to upgrade your thinking and feeling patterns to become more alive and creating what matters to you.
